Yay, it's Friday! I am so excited about tomorrow night, we are going to have chinese hot pot... YUMMMM! If you don't know what is chinese hot pot? It is similar to a fondue, instead of cheese or chocolate, we use a soup base, and we cook tons of goodies... seafood, beef, chicken, veggies, noodles, etc... I can't wait!
