ISS Color Challenge!

Hello and happy Wednesday, it's time again for the InStyle Stamps Color Challenge. For this month challenge, the color theme is inspired by this beautiful picture. I'm soooo loving the lilac/purple. And the pattern on the tray is gorgeous. With that said...

The pattern reminds me of Japanese designs. As you know... I love my Japanese washi paper tape!!! So, I used the tape and created a background and the center of flower with the Epiphany craft button machine. I used the sketch from Tuesday Morning Sketch #71. And for the card, I used Valentine Ava.

Goodies that I used:
Paper: Bazzill and bazzill bling
Copics: BV0000, BV02, BV13, C1, C3, C4, C5, FV2, E000, E00, R11, R20, V12, V15, V17
Others: Washi paper tape, Ranger perfect pearls mist, souflle and glaze pen, flowers, glitter, pearls, punchinella, epiphany bubble caps.

Hope you like it and please stop by the InStyle Stamps blog for more details on the Color Challenge!

Can't decide...

Hello hello,

How are you? Today is an off day from Softpencil. But my good friend ordered the Oriental Weave Cuttlebug embossing folder for me and it arrived. I had to try it out. I'm loving the bamboo folder.

First, I stamped the core 'ordinations cardstock with a gorgeous oriental clear stamp from Kaisercraft on the background, embossed with the bamboo folder, then sand it. And I added Oriental Michu (which was a gift from Elizabeth, owner of Softpencil, thank you, thank you!).

After that, I was twirling in my chair... trying to see whether I want the word PEACE or blings? Smiley from millan.net

What do you think? Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
