Love the WINDOW...

Good morning, good morning my friends, and happy Friday to you! I'm totally in love with the window die from Memory Box/Poppy Stamps. And I can't get enough of it, so here are two cards that I created using the die.

Card 1 - Sweet little Tilda standing in front of her red brick house... I created the brick house background using Tim Holtz embossing folder, white Faber Castell gelato was added. And I can help to add on the flower pot, flowers, and vine (also dies).
Card 2 - A birthday card for my good friend Alice. Happy Birthday Alice!!! She loves owls, and her two adorable doggie. I thought it would be fun... Her two puppies are hanging out at the sofa, and the owl from the outside peeking in!

Have a fabulous day and thanks for stopping by!

Check out the inspiration piece!!! Isn't it so pretty and cool?

And here is my entry:

I will share a big secret with you... I love love love french macaroons, it's my favorite dessert!!! I just go crazy over them (my mom introduced them to me while we were visiting the UK two years ago). And of course, I have to have them on my card. Hehe! The window is a die cut from Poppy Stamps. And I also added some emerald twine too. Hope you like it!

A mini shopping trip today...

Hello, hope you have a great day today. Other than... having a mild cold, I had a great day. I went to my LSS to pick up the Tim Holtz winter 2011 limited edition distressing ink pads, the Memory Box Poppy Stamps & die cuts, and the super cool border.

And of course, I can't help it to not play with my new goodies, right? So, I tested out the new distressing ink pad in Iced Spruce. I used a Sizzix embossing folder and the TH Townscape die, MS border punch, I colored the cute little girl with Copic markers, and for the final touch... I flocked their Xmas hats & boots and frosted lace for the winter house.

Hope you like it... until tomorrow!
