A great day and more Creative Chemistry 102 fun!

Hello hello and happy Wednesday!

What a super fun day today!  My crafty friend and I went for an exciting drive, or thou... it took us over an hour and a half, fighting thru traffic...  but it was totally worth it!  Yes, yes, we found a scrapbooking store called Kept Creations... so exciting!!!  (We have been so sad since all last local scrapbooking store closed.  We only have been shopping online, but it's just not the same.)

And of course, we brought goodies!!!  I can't wait!  :)

Before I go, I just want to share a tag using the fun techniques that I learned from
Creative Chemistry 102 class from Online Card Classes.

Well, I'll chat with you lately, I'm off to play with my new goodies!

P.S.  Yes, I got my hands on at the new mini Cats & Dogs set!

TONS of FUN!

Hello hello and happy Monday!

Today I'm sharing a super fun card using the Elephant Stacker.  I absolutely adore these elephants, they are all so so cute!  Tons of fun and all pile up, cuteness overload!

I colored these adorable elephants with Copic markers.  And for the background, I once again used the Marvy LePlume II markers in Violet and Brilliant yellow.  Instead of the spritzing water on the watercolor palette.  I decided to use some perfect pearl mist.  Unfortunately, it doesn't show well on the photo.  But it does look really cool with a little bit of shimmer.

Thanks so much for stopping by today and I hope you have TONS OF FUN today!

And here are a few tags using those cool techniques.

What's this?

Hello hello and happy Monday!
Hope you have a great weekend and I'm sharing two super fun cards using the new Ai People.

Not sure about you... I'm not a fan of the vacuum cleaner, it's my least favorite chores.  And the awesome diva from the In the Bag set is totally my hero.

I colored her with Copic markers.  But for the background, I wanted to create a watercolor effect using some Marvy LePlume markers (teal, prussian blue, and rose pink) and the watercolor palette.  To start, I use the LePlume markers and randomly scribble on to palette, then I sprayed some water (see below).  Then I placed the watercolor paper upside down and lifted the watercolor palette (or until your desired effect), then dry.

Here is the finished card.

Here is another card using the Lifetime set.

For the watercolor background, I used Marvy LePlume markers (manganese blue, brilliant yellow, and pale blue) and Tombow markers.

Copic markers used:

Card #1:  C0, C1, C3, C5, C7, BG09, BG10, BG13, BG18, BV08, E31, E33, RV04, RV06, R83, V09, V12, V15, V0000
Card #2:  C0, C1, BG0000, B18, B24, E00, E21, E95, R14, R20, Y02, Y04, Y17, YG05, YG07, FYG2
