TGIF...

Hello hello and TGIF!  Are you ready for the weekend?  I sure am... Not sure what I do yet?  Maybe just being a coach potato and craft all day... hehe!  Well, I was totally in the mood for a little of mixed media action, but I kind of want to make a card too!  So, I took out my Dylusions ink pad, Heidi Swapp color shine, Faber Castell gelatos, stencils, and create away... And viola!

I used this gorgeous stamp from Sweet Pea Stamps, it's from the Ching Chou Kuik's collection called the Serene Night.  So so pretty, love her!  I also decided to play along the Sweet Pea Stamps One Sweet Challenge, this month's theme is see some spring colors.

Hope you like it and have a great day!

Hello hello and how are you this lovely day?!  I have a day off today...  To start out, I had Chinese dim sum with two of my good friends, then I went to the scrapbooking store to pick up a few things (yes, just a few, I behaved, hehe!!), then went clothes shopping with my dear friend, and the best yet... I got a chance to craft a bit!  Yeah! From Millan.Net

Here is a simple shaped card that I made with Sweet Pea Stamps Ching-Chou Kuik Carnation of May, since Mothers' Day is coming up really soon, I figured this stamps is just perfect!  And why not to play along with Sweet Pea Stamp challenge blog, One Sweet Challenge, the theme this month is to use a shape card.

Thanks for stopping by and blog you later!

Weekend...

Hello my friends and happy weekend!  I have a card to share using the beautiful stamp called Black Rose Fairy from Sweet Pea Stamps.  I wanted to try out using some dark colors...  I guess it's okay for the first try... but I had lots of fun creating the background paper...  I used some Distress stains in shabby shutter, broken china, and milled lavender to color the watercolor paper, then I used the script background stamp from Impression Obession, then I used the a stencil and dabbed it with purple acyclic paint.  I added a few more things...  Viola!  Hope you like it!

Love the WINDOW...

Good morning, good morning my friends, and happy Friday to you! I'm totally in love with the window die from Memory Box/Poppy Stamps. And I can't get enough of it, so here are two cards that I created using the die.

Card 1 - Sweet little Tilda standing in front of her red brick house... I created the brick house background using Tim Holtz embossing folder, white Faber Castell gelato was added. And I can help to add on the flower pot, flowers, and vine (also dies).
Card 2 - A birthday card for my good friend Alice. Happy Birthday Alice!!! She loves owls, and her two adorable doggie. I thought it would be fun... Her two puppies are hanging out at the sofa, and the owl from the outside peeking in!

Have a fabulous day and thanks for stopping by!

A CAS card...

Howdy and how are you? Any plans this weekend? I'm just chilling at my craft space. I was sitting at my craft space twirling away... I was having a dumb "craft" moment... So, why not do some blog hopping. I hopped over to the Crazy 4 Challenge blog, and they mentioned today is National Chocolate Chip Day!!! Woohoo! I decided to use the color brown just to celebrate. Hmmmm.... CHOCOLATE!

I kept the card simple, but I has been insane about creating background lately... So, I distress the white cardstock with distressing ink pad in mustard seed, wild honey, and tea dye. Then I stamped beautiful script background stamp from Artful Illusions with Versamark, covered with Perfect Pearls. The main image is from Sweet Pea Stanps ching-chou kuik's inner tender.

Copics: E000, E00. E04, E11, E23, E 27, E29, E30, E33, E35, E39, E 53, E99, R11, Y23, YR23

Challenge entered:
TTCRD Challenge #1 - Anything goes!
Cute Card Thursdays #164 - It's so Distressing!

I hope you like it and thanks for stopping by!

OMG!!!

What a challenge!!! I was chatting one day... my friend of mine told me she needs a calendar to put on her fridge.... and of course, I said no problemo, I can get you one! So, I asked her what color does she like? She said: "Crayola GREEN". I was having sooooo much trouble. I can't find any design paper that l like... then which bling do I want to use? What about flowers? What color to use? Then it's too yellow... then too green...

Well, here is the end result! I hope she likes it, if not... I quess I'll make her another one.Smiley from millan.net
