Softpencil Tuesdays

Hello hello, time for another Softpencil Tuesdays!  I'm featuring one of the digital stamp from the Christmas Winter collection.  This is called Looking for my friend, isn't it so cute?  I decided to give it a vintage feel...  Hehe!  I distressed with edges and inked it with distress ink, colored the image with Copic markers, added some frosted lace stickles, and finally a ribbon and a couple of snowflakes, Viola!

Buon Appetito!

Good morning my friends!  I hope you had a fabulous weekend, and happy Monday to you!  Are you ready for a wonderful chef name Luigi (SKU# T2832) and he's always cooking something yummy.  And of course, he can cook different cuisine from varies countries, hehe!  And for this week, he is featuring cuisine from Europe!  So, it's your choice...  which cuisine are you going to pick?  Here is the Map of Europe (SKU#Y2506)!

First, I colored Chef Luigi with watercolor pencils.

I stamped the Map of Europe with Archival ink (coffee).  I used one of my favorite wicked hard technique (hehe!) with some Faber-Castell gelatos and scribble like crazy... then use a baby wrap and blend the colors together or until the way you like.

And finally, I put the card together by distressing the edges and adding a sentiment (using some rub-ons).

Goodies that I used:
Map of Europe (SKU#Y2506)
Luigi (SKU#T2832)
Faber Castell gelato and aquelle watercolor pencils
Ranger archival ink in coffee
Alphabets rub-ons

Chocolate or Cupcakes?

Hello hello and happy Monday!  Today is Art Impressions day... I hope you are in the mood for cupcakes and chocolate, hehe!  I used this yummy cupcakes stamps and the fabulous sentiment from the My Favorite Things set.  ('See the chocolate' sentiment is available separately, click HERE).

Let's start with the yummy cupcakes!  I created a colorful background by randomly stamping the cupcakes stamp with Hero Arts neon color ink pads (purple, blue, orange, and pink).

Time for chocolate action!  I stamped the sentiment with Versamark ink pads, embossed with white embossing powder.  And on each 'chocolate' word, I colored it with Copic markers (B06, RV09, YR68).

How about adding a little love? And Viola!

Fun Mistake!

Hello and happy Sunday to you.  Super excited today...  We got an extra hour sleep as we set back the clock for an hour, woohoo!  With that said, I got an extra hour of crafting, DOUBLE woohoo!!!  Yes, yes, I have another tag for you today, how about this adorable Tilda!!!  So sweet, her light pink dress and her PINKtastic shoes, hehe!

And what the 'BIG' fun mistake?  Well, see these tags... as you know... I have been crazy with mixed media... lots of paints and sprays...  of course, there will be lots of mistakes and rejects, right?!  So, I used gesso to cover the 'mistake' tags, but even that... the tags still look very cool.  So, I can add some background stamps or texture to dress them up.

And here is the view for the whole tag.

Goodies that I used:
Magnolia Tilda
Memory Box background stamp Vintage dream
Star border punch
Recollection bling on a roll
Ribbon (dye with Faber Castell gelato in pinks)
Faber Castell gelato in black (to distress edge)
