Nap Time?!

Hello my blogger friends!!! Happy Thursday!  Not sure about you...  I'm exhausted from doing all the holiday errands... the shopping, wrapping, etc, etc....  I'm so ready for a nap!  Hehe!  And this super awesome stamp set from Art Impression is perfect!  This set is call Power Napper Set.  So so fun!

I made this card for this week's challenge over at the Ai blog, the theme is THINKIN' THUMBPRINT! So, I decided to get my fingers inky...  I wanted her to have a super cool blouse, can you see?  It's a newest fashion for this season, haha!  I use my pinky, dab it onto my Memento ink pad (rose bud and lilac posies) and created the pattern.  And to match, I did the same for the background paper.  Honestly, I was loving every bit of it being inky!

And here is the close up!

I hope you like it and come join the fun over at Ai blog, here is the link!

Yummy desserts!

Hello and happy Monday to you!  I hope you are ready for some yummy desserts!  I have a yummy card to share using the Bakery (SKU# UM3517) and Brick Shoppe Window (SKU# 3538).   And of course, we need a BIG window to display these delicious desserts from the bakery, right?!  So, I created a mask and make the window bigger.

Then I colored the image with watercolor pencils.  And I used the glaze and stardust pens for some needed texture and stickles for the center of the flowers.

And Viola!  Here is the full view of the card!

Weekend...

Hello my friends and happy weekend!  I have a card to share using the beautiful stamp called Black Rose Fairy from Sweet Pea Stamps.  I wanted to try out using some dark colors...  I guess it's okay for the first try... but I had lots of fun creating the background paper...  I used some Distress stains in shabby shutter, broken china, and milled lavender to color the watercolor paper, then I used the script background stamp from Impression Obession, then I used the a stencil and dabbed it with purple acyclic paint.  I added a few more things...  Viola!  Hope you like it!

3 wishes?!

Happy Friday!  Hope you are having an awesome day!  As for me, I had a fabulous day yesterday...  Yes, it was a day off!  I started out the day with shopping at the local scrapbooking store Absolutely Everything with my crafty friends, they are having the 12 days of Christmas day sale....  Yesterday was Copic Markers, buy 5 and get 3 free, woohoo!  I did got 8 markers and also I picked out lots of goodies from the clearence table (lots of stamps, mists, and goodies), today is Spellbinders!!!  Woo....   So tempted!   But I think I'm going to be good!  LOL!   Oh yea...  after that, I went to have ramen noodles for lunch with hubby, YUM!!!

Anyways, enough of me....  no cards today... but I have been playing with mixed media stuff, totally fun!!!  So, I started out with some Dylusion ink sprays and Basis Background stamp set... then this awesome border from Julie Balzer pattern strips clear stamp set, colored the border with metallic colored pencils... then since the page reminds me of a genius lamp...  So, I drew one!  Viola!

Thanks for stopping by and blog you later... xxx

Wish you are here!

Hello hello, hope you are having a great week!  Over at the Art Impressions' blog, we are doing some major antiquing action for this week's challenge, check it out HERE!!!   And here is my card,  I used the letter pressing technique for the background (I inked my embossing folder with some distress ink pad in tea dye and ran it through my Vagabound).  I just love the Door and the Ai doorway Dec/Jan DW stamp sets, they are a perfect match.  And I colored the image with watercolor pencils for a vintage look.  Hope you like it!

BINGO!

Hi hi, how was your weekend?  I hope you did a little crafting, hehe!  I have a simple fun tag to share today using BINGO Jean set of 3 from Art Impression.  Woohoo!  Time for some BINGO action!

For the tag, I inked it with distress ink pad in mustard seed and festive berries.  I stamped Bingo Jean on a separate piece of paper and cut her out.  I added a piece of pattern paper which looks like a wooden table.  Plus, I figured it will be fun using some Timeless twine Christmas red and green twine for the bingo dots (I used mini glue dots and cover it with twine starting from the middle).

And for the 'mini' bingo sentiment, I used the sentiment Happiness is (SKU#E3509) which is available by itself or with the set.  I used Faber Castell big brush pen to color just the word BINGO.

I added some more goodies on the tag... more twine, glitter, and glossy accent.

Here is the close up!

I hope that you like it and until next time!  Happy Stamping!
