TGIF...

Hello hello and TGIF!  Are you ready for the weekend?  I sure am... Not sure what I do yet?  Maybe just being a coach potato and craft all day... hehe!  Well, I was totally in the mood for a little of mixed media action, but I kind of want to make a card too!  So, I took out my Dylusions ink pad, Heidi Swapp color shine, Faber Castell gelatos, stencils, and create away... And viola!

I used this gorgeous stamp from Sweet Pea Stamps, it's from the Ching Chou Kuik's collection called the Serene Night.  So so pretty, love her!  I also decided to play along the Sweet Pea Stamps One Sweet Challenge, this month's theme is see some spring colors.

Hope you like it and have a great day!

Best Friends!

Hello and Happy Monday!  Hope you had a great weekend and ready for another wonderful week!  Well, it's Art Impressions' Monday and I'm sharing a simple picture frame card using this adorable stamp called Twins (SKU#K1923) and  isn't she so cute?  Her big fur coat and her furry friend!

For the frame, I used the vintage cabinet card and mini cabinet card Bigz dies.  To add a little background on the plain card stock, I randomly stamped Heart Background (SKU#H818).  I colored Twins with copic markers, distressed the edges, added some flowers and a few embellishments.  I also added an easel on the back, so that the frane will stand.

I hope you like it and thanks so much for stopping by!

Theory of Negativity

Hello hello, I'm super excited to be hosting this week's Art Impressions' challenge!
The theme is 'Theory of Negativity', use negative space from diecuts or punches.

So, I decided to create a fun background using the negative space of these adorable flower die cuts.  I cut out three different sizes.  And then I randomly inked the flowers with the desired colors in white card stock.

I stamped the image three separated times and popped each layer with foam dots.
(1st layer - whole image, 2nd layer - the Girlfriends without the beauty chairs, and last layer - the foot bath and hairdryer).
I colored the girls with copic markers and a few finishing touches such as glossy accent and stickler.  Viola!

And here is the close up.  So, I hope you are in the mood for a challenge...
Go on, hop over to the Art Impressions' blog and play along for a chance to WIN some fun goodies!

You are AMAZING!!!

Morning and hello Wednesday!
Since Mothers' Day is coming up really soon, I have a simple Mothers' Day card to share.  For my card, I used some blue paper flowers from Eyelet Outlet, and I also added a 12mm Stippled Brads in purple for the center of the flower.

And here is the whole card!

Hope you like it and thanks for stopping by!  Hugs!
