Time to weigh in...

Hello hello and happy Thursday!

I'm sharing a card that I made for the Art Impressions challenge.

The theme is Paper Piecing Party!

And since it's still January, I figured it would be fun to show off this Weigh it Set. It's just too cute and perfect! Wink! Wink! ! Hehe!

So, for paper piecing part.. I want to give the girls colorful bathing suits. I used brusho to create a color wash.

Yes, yes! I can't help to create a background too using the brusho powder too! Yes, they are very very addicting, hehe! And I colored the ladies with Copic markers.

I hope you had a fabulous weekend. As for me, I hang out with my crafty friends, we had so much fun and craft the day away. And I got a chance to color these amazing Uptown Girls (SKU# 4129) with watercolor markers.

Zig clean watercolor markers used:

Skin: Flesh, beige, oatmeal, mid brown

Hair: Light brown, ochre, grey

Outfits: Ochre, light pink, light carmine, pale pink, carmine red, grey, black, light grey, dark grey, turquoise green, blue grey

Winter Wonderland Challenge

Hope you are having a great week! And it's week 2 of the Winter Wonderland Challenge over at the Art Impressions' blog!

For the challenge, I decided to use one of my favorite Girlfriends set. Well, I love them all, hehe! Anyways, here is a card using the Bench set! Aren't they just so sweet? I can totally feel the love... don't matter how cold the weather is! :)
