Amuse Pajama Party and Movie Night! Plus a little extra...

Howdy, there was an Amuse Pajama Party and Movie Night over at the Amuse Lounge last night. Or though... I was working and missed all the fun chatting time with the Amuse ladies. Of course, I still have to play along. Come on, what a perfect excuse to make some cards.

Challenge 1 - Jennie's pick, Pirates of the Caribbean... to create a card for a kid. What better than riding a bike with your BFF, LOL!

Challenge 2 - Katie's pick, Dirty Dancing... a color challenge: light pink, dark pink, black, and kraft (optional). Got to do something with the shimmer paper!

Challenge 3 - Glenda's pick, Breakfast at Tiffany's... inspiration challenge. Food came to my mine, and since it's at Tiffany's... we need some blings, right?

I have to double drip with her GRAC challenge #89 too. For the GRAC challenge, I have to make a card for a friend or family member and sent it/give it within a week of making it. I made this card for my very good friend... she brought me to this HUGE super super cool Korean supermarket, and it has a food court with lots of yummy food. This store is WICKED awesome... I can't wait to go back and shop for more yummy Korean BBQ beef and kimchi.

Challenge #4 - Geeta's pick, Some kind of Wonderful... to create something that sparkles! So, I have to make at least one Xmas card. And I hope I have enough sparkles... I used glitter paper as background, and I added glitter on everything.

A sweet surprise and VSN

Hope you are having a great weekend. My hubby surprised me with the bunny "Hello Kitty"... Aww..... I LOVE IT!!! Okay, I'm sooooo ready for spring. And easter too... can't wait to eat easter candies, especially the Cadbury mini eggs. YUMMMMM!

And here are two cards that I made for the Amuse VSN: Winter Olympics. My brain was fried and lack of mojo. Sorry.

Card 1 - "Triple Inspiration", to create a card for the person in your life that inspires you!

Of course, it's my totally awesome MOM, she is the BOMB! She likes all things simple, nothing fancy at all. And when I was little, she always bring me to the park. Good times, good times!!!
So, I chose the Swing girl stamp, I kept everything simple, and I didn't even use my Copics.

Card 2 - "Bundle Up" - to create a card which fold over each other, and has to be wrapped at least twice.

What a super fun night, hanging out with the Amuse ladies online. I was doing a millions things, chatting on the phone with my good friend, watching the chat on yahoo, and stamping, of course!

Woohoo, it's PJ party over at the Amuse Lounge. First challenge, to create a card based on our celebrity crush! As for me, I love watching the TV show BONES... I think Agent Booth is totally a hottie!!!

VSN Part II

Challenge 1: to CASE of the 'Bellies'. I cased Emily's card, I love this card... love the apple, so simple, yet perfect Since, it's Football Sunday, I used the football collage... I bling up the trophy with SMOOCH in gold lame and since I live in New England and the Pats are playing now... I added their colors.

What a fun night! VSN with the Amuse girls. Chatting and stamping away...

This is suppose to be for the 4th Challenge. The challenge is to find a picture of a costume or type of dress for a specific period of history and base your card on that.


History lesson? Oh man, you are killing me... I'm a science geek! Well, as I explained to the Amuse gals... Once upon a time, at the world of Kerry's land, she found a picture of this dress....

...the story will end here! A simple card using the shimmery Amuse paper.

Amuse Lounge PJ Party!

Oh what fun!!!! It's such an awesome party... four awesome challenges!!

Challenge #1 - To create a card based on my favorite Halloween candy. As for me.... got to be Reese peanut butter cup, and since I love chinese food, so I used love take-out box. Yumm!

Challenge #2 - To creat a card inspired by fall colors. Since I already did a card with orange and brown, so I decided to use olive and orange.

Challenge #3 - To creat a card based on my favorite TV show. My favorite channel is Food network, but I love Family Guy, here is a "good" version of Stewie. LOL!

Challenge #4 - To create a thank you card, since I'm a New Englander, we love to say the word "WICKED", so WICKED thank you!!!

Woohoo, what a fun night!!! VSN at SCS and I got to play it Amuse style. Dish #1- Foil Dinner
Use embossing powder and the heating tool! I couldn't help to use the milkshake stamp, I embossed it with silver embossing powder, then colored it with Copic markers and spica pens.


Dish #2 - She was a fishmonger.
Use gel (water) technique, need something that relate to sea life. Actually, I don't have any fishes on the card... will the deep sea diver count? Oops!!!

Dish #3 - Leftover!

Use up all the scraps!! I had these green 1" stripe cardstock forever... yes!!! Everything is from my scrap box, and even the flowers has been in my draw forever too!!! Thanks VSN!!!

Dish #4 - Knife Skills

Use any/all cutting tools. I used nestabilities for the layout, then I cut out the rockin' girl with a pair of scissors, and the sentiment is cut out by decorated scissors (which I haven't use them forever!).

AP Pajama Party

What a fun night at the Amuse Lounge! Oh my... It was so hard to stamp and chat at the same time... my head was spinning! But it was so much fun. I'll so do it again.

Challenge #1: Delicious treat that you eat! Fortune cookie!!! Especially the chocolate covered ones.... yummm...

Challenge #2: fun and silly games. My favorite game - Guitar Hero... and trust me I look quite silly when I play, I made funny faces and silly poses....

Challenge #3: Create a card for my very best girlfriend! Of course, my favorite color... Pink, flowers, and something shiny.

Challenge #4: Movie? Harry Potter!!!!
