miss U...

Good morning blogging friend, how are you? I was blog hopping and visited my friend Lisa's blog from the Purple Place.... She had lots of beautiful yellow cards yesterday. I was totally inspired. I too created a yellow card. I used this sweetheart from the Greeting Farm, it's called Cheeky Mate, the background is created by a Tim Holtz embossing folder, she is sitting on a chain created by a EK Success punch, and the bubble is from MFT Say What die-namics stamp set.

Hope you like it and have a fabulous day!

A picture frame..

Hello hello, how are you? So, I went shopping a few months back with my crafty friends... and we both brought the Tim Holtz sizzix small easel die. The easel die sat at my craft corner for a while... I decided to use another die to create a frame. And Viola! I used the Simply Betty Stamps Betty Addams rubber stamps and the frame was also stamped with the Hero Arts background stamps, then distressed. I also used the My Favorite Things die-amics dies to create the flowers, and I added a leaf ribbon (dyed with forest moss distress stain).

Hope you like it and happy crafting! Smiley from millan.net

Shoes...

Hope everyone is having a wonderful day, as for me... just chilling out crafting away. Life is good! I decided to try out for another Forever Friends Challenge, and the theme is Christmas. I don't have any Forever Friends christmas stamps, so... I used the christmas paper from Graphic 45. And since all of us ladies love our shoes, I chose this stamp. Also I have been dying to use these super cool gold leaves. I colored the image with Copic markers, stardusk, and Spica pens. The sentiment is from My Favorite Things, and the button was white, but I colored it with SMOOCH. Oh yeah, I also use Martha Stewart border punch too ( I love them).

Thanks for stopping by!

Hellooooooo...

How fun... we had our shoebox swap at my LSS (the Paper Tree). We were using all My Favorite Things images. All the images are super cute. But my favorite was a set of twisted sentiment called twisted two. The sentiments within the set are too funny. Smiley from millan.net Love it! I have to use "Talk Dirty to Me" for this card.

I don't know what to do with that paper!

Okay, here is the scoop... I belong to a club called to the Paper Gang at my LSS (a club which meet monthly, and we tries out new techniques and products), it's a fun group, everyone is very nice. Plus, it take me out of my comfort zone. Go Challenge! So, for the month of December, I got shrink film, rub-on, and these paper. I sat there and starred at them for many nights... Just don't know what to do with these paper. Finally, here is a card that I made for the mft sketch challenge with the leftover paper. It didn't turn out bad at all. I like it.

WHat? Bag Lady!

Who? Me! Nah... okay, I love my purses... totally a purse and shoes girl. I don't see anything wrong with this. LOL! So, when I saw this stamp set from MFT at my LSS, I must buy it. Hehe... I submitted this card for the MFT guest designer challenger for February, I might get lucky. Hehe... As usual, I went crazy on airbrushing. What do you think about her top? Not bad, huh? I was reading my January and February issues of Lucky magazine, I quess the watercolor floral is huge this season (I want to do sequins, but I don't think glitter will show too well on the picture), I also went BOLD on her shoes and purse. Oh la la! And the purses at the window, I quess "nude" color is the next big thing, so I sticked with the earthy brown purses.

Hope you like it!

A cool chair...

My hubby and I were watching an episode of "I want that!" on TV last night. I love that show... It was showing an awesome green chair (similar to a rocking chair, but instead it slides back and forth). Super cool. I want that! and it cost lots of $$$$. Then, my light bulb turns on, my mft stamp set... Here it is, my own green chair. Plus, a few pieces of chocolates! MMMMMMM...

What a great day!

Today is my day off! It's such a great day, but it's just too shorted. Sometimes I wish that I don't have to work... ~Dreaming away... maybe a money tree, no leaves... but hundred dollar bills instead.... WOW! It would be so cool if it is true. LOL~

Back to the real world... not so bad. I brought myself a new pair of Dansko for work. Chat on the phone for hours, lunch with my good friends, relax, shopped at LSS, and of course craft all day! (with my "Life is Good" T-shirt!)

Day 4 of the Pink Poison 12 cards in 12 days challenge. I made a little adjustment with Nurse Anya. She is no longer a nurse. :-D I think she looks like a flight attendant... However, she looks good either way. I used paper from Basic Grey Wassail.

Howdy! Another card from the Pink Cat Studio Tweet stamp set.

Happy Turkey Day!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

I think thanksgiving is one of my favorite holiday.... good eats, do I have to say more! And plus, family and friends get together and have a great time! Maybe a friendly competition of Wii bowling after dinner. FUN!

So...

Pardon for some of my older post, the pictures might be blank... I was trying to be good and was organizing my photo album. I was deleting photos... but I didn't know that they linked to the blog! I am fixing now... should be done in a few days.... My bad! I learned my lesson! LOL.

Here is a card that I made when I was complaining =D I used the twisted sentiment from mft...

I love it... Another excuse to make a card! On the mft blog, they are looking for guest designer for December, so I figured to give it a try.
