Don't be SQUARE!

This is my entry for the Don't be a SQUARE challenge from TGF! I don't know... It was tough, I never thought making a non-square card is so challenging. A few days ago, I thought of a great idea using the new Down by the pond set... oval shape to create a pond (with velium paper), maybe pretty goldfish swimming... Mr. Froggie just hanging out chilling... etc! I tried, but it looked horrible! Hehe!

Well, here is TAKE 2. Pretty Hat Anya, I cut out the cs into a "hat" shape and covered it with SEI raspberry velvet paper, then put it thru the cuttlebug with the tiny mosaic embossing folder. Of course, I need to add some flowers and blings.

One of those days...

Just sitting at my craft table, trying to make something cool.... but I can't find the perfect paper, blah, blah, blah... I can't decide what to make!

Still sitting here with my laptop, surfing the world of blogs... Then, I remembered yesterday was Monday! Glenda's Random Amusing Challenge #19
For this week challenge, we have to use SCRAPS... I have plenty of those! And I even found a piece of very short ribbon.

ok, here is the explanation.... in New England we tends to use the word WICKED a lot, ex. this is WICKED fun, Amuse has WICKED awesome stamps, you are WICKED cool.... I think you get the idea! To be honest, I will be WICKED cool to have that stamp, I can't wait!

Amuse Get together at IAI

OMGosh, today was so much fun! Today is the Amuse New England Get Together at Ink About It at Westford, MA. Thanks for Amy and Jenn S. for putting together and Linda (the owner of IAI) opening her wonderful store for us. Over 4 hours of Amuse fun...

So... something totally strange had happened today! There is a mysterous wicked rocking chair showed up at my front door! We didn't purchase any furniture or expecting a gift from anyone... but whoever put it there, they put it there so perfectly!

Woohoo, it's Friday again, I love it!!!


It's time once again... Just something FUN... one of my good friend got a bunch of these little clipboards for me... they have been sitting in my closet for a long time! Well, today... I have an idea, added foof*a*la dp and bling cs from Bazzill, the stamp is from the Forever Friends set.


This is from the Yeah Baby! and sketch challenge, I used my new favorite set Wild & Crazy bunch, these animals are just the cutest! Shhhh... I'm telling you a SECRET! I didn't have any orange dew drops or bling... so I used solid white dew drops and airbrushed with my Copic Markers!

3 + 3 = Unity challenge! I have been using lots of purple lately...

And finally, the Unity addicts challenge, I tried to combine with 3+3=unity challenge, but I had too many colors.

April's Fool!

Happy April's Fool Day and today is also my First Year Anniversary!
Yep, it's not a joke. :)

So, a few weeks ago... DH asked me what am I buying him for our anniversary? What? I figured for our anniversary, we can spend some quality time together, maybe go out for dinner, etc... and he said that the gift has to be "paper"... (Just FYI, we are not traditional at all... you'll see!)
