Let's face it!

I'm super excited to share with you this super cool diva from the Valentine collection.  

Isn't she just amazing?!  She is from the Looked So Good set (SKU# 4381)!

To match the Valentine theme, I figured to make a fun background using 

the Heart background (SKU# UMT3089).

I absolutely adore her hat... well, it does shaped like a box of chocolate, hehe!

And finish it up with the perfect sentiment and blings, viola!

Java mama...

Hello hello and happy Thursday!

It's time once again for challenge from Art Impressions.  The theme is Java Love.

So, I used one of my favorite Girlfriends Blend set.   Don't you just love these ladies?  They totally remind me of my crafty friends and I.  There are four of us...  every time we get together, we craft, laugh, and always have the best times.

Weekend Warrior...

I hope you had a great weekend.  And how about your special guy?

Of course, our famous Art Impressions special handyman, the Weekend Warrior (SKU#4378).  

For our Weekend Warrior, I decided to create a fun background.  Unfortunately, I didn't have any foil paper on hand.  So,  I used a piece of aluminum foil, I adhered to a piece of piece cardstock, then ran it through with the embossing folder.  To get the metal effect, I used some black acrylic paint. 

Add a few finishing touches, viola!

Life Book 2015 week one...

Hello hello!!!

I have gone bananas with art supplies and have been interested in doing mixed media for the longest time...  So, for the year of 2015.  I signed up for a few online classes and hopefully to learn more fun techniques and have lots of fun getting my fingers inky.

Here is the week 1 from the Life Book 2015!

Snowy Ai friends

Hello hello and Happy New Year!

I hope you had a great holiday and happy 2105!!

We got a few inches of snow on last week, so I figured it would be fun to use the super cool 

Sledding Penguins (SKU# Q3062).  

I decided to create a snow background using Pan Pastel.  Once, I got the desired colors, I sprayed with the spray mist to seal the pastel. 

Then I used the Heart Background (SKU# H818) to create some snow.  I stamped it with versamark and embossed with white embossing powder. 

For the adorable penguins, I colored them with colored pencils.

And Viola!
