It has been a super exciting week over at the Art Impressions' blog! Of course, they always have super cool and fun stamps which always make me laugh and giggle!

Karen, for the stars... I used a stencil. First, I applied yellow ink with a stencil, then embossed with clear embossing powder to create a resist. Then I applied the darker color with a blender tool. There are actually some text within the stars (I used the 'happy birthday' sentiment). To do that, I placed the stencil back on the cardstock and stamped the sentiment randomly. Hope it make sense. :)
