Happy Sunday and how are you? I had a super super fun day yesterday. My amazing crafty friends and I went to our local scrapbooking store (
Absolutely Everything, Topsfield, MA) to take two great classes called
Ink and Paint Techniques. And I'm excited to meet one of my fellow Baby Buds Designs Lady Buds
Lisa.
Here are the tags that we made during the first class, we used Tim Holtz distressing ink pads, embossing powder, crackle paint, perfect pearls mist, dabbers paints and more...
And here are the tags from the second class, we got to play with perfect pearls (the little tiny bottles of stuff which have been sitting in my draw forever and a day, haha!), more perfect pearl mists, and not to mention the beautiful stamps.
A picture of the sweet Lisa and I.
Finally, a project with this adorable little guy from
Baby Buds Designs, this is called Ryley. And of course, I have to use the goodies and techniques that I learned from class and shopping, right? So, I used my new TH Sizzix tag dies, created the tag. Using the distressing ink pad to create the background with this super cool 6x6 template (birds of the feather).
Copics: E000, E00, E01, E31, E35, E39, E74, E77, R20, RV69
Hope you like it and thanks for stopping by.
