Howdy, I hope you are enjoying this wicked SPOOKtacular day! I was in the mood for something halloween, and I forgot that I got the Phantom stamp set from Pink Paislee from a few weeks ago, so viola!
Here is the card details... The background is from the Fiskars harlequin charm clear stamp set which I picked up for only $2.99 at TJ Maxx (yep, a department store).
Then I inked the harlequin background with distress ink pad in black soot. Then finished with the super cool skull and some twine.
