Spring Chic!

Good day!!! How are you this fine day? We are hoping to have spring in the air... According to the weather man Smiley from we are suppose to get 10 inches of snow.... what? It's almost April! Maybe it's an April's Fool day joke. Smiley from millan.netOh well, that's New England.

CCM Sketch Challenge #28

Spring Fairy

Howdy and happy Wednesday! Just a little something for you today. A tag with the pretty Spring Fairy from the Greeting Farm. I created the tag with TH distressing ink pad, then stamped, and added perfect pearls mist (oh man, I love that stuff!), hehe!!! You know me, I love everything sparkle!!! I wanted to create a frame, so I even dig out my decorative scissors, OMG! Smiley from When is the last time I use them??? They were covered in dust, haha!

Not too late for green, right?

I hope not... I was just experiment-ing some Tim Holtz distressing ink pads with bundled sage and peeled paint. It turned out quite cool with the embossing folder. I colored this cutie pie from Baby Buds Designs. This is called Snow Drop.

ISS Inspiration Challenge!

Here is my card, I was inspired by the stones from the house, so I inspired by the colors of the house and the beautiful surrounding. So, I created the background with an embossing folder. I used this pretty flower from the Patty Wuv stamp set from this month's release. I stamped it three times with my brown memento ink and colored them with my Copics. I hope you will play along for a chance to win some InStyle stamps.

Tags and more...

Happy Sunday and how are you? I had a super super fun day yesterday. My amazing crafty friends and I went to our local scrapbooking store (Absolutely Everything, Topsfield, MA) to take two great classes called Ink and Paint Techniques. And I'm excited to meet one of my fellow Baby Buds Designs Lady Buds Lisa.

Here are the tags that we made during the first class, we used Tim Holtz distressing ink pads, embossing powder, crackle paint, perfect pearls mist, dabbers paints and more...

And here are the tags from the second class, we got to play with perfect pearls (the little tiny bottles of stuff which have been sitting in my draw forever and a day, haha!), more perfect pearl mists, and not to mention the beautiful stamps.

Finally, a project with this adorable little guy from Baby Buds Designs, this is called Ryley. And of course, I have to use the goodies and techniques that I learned from class and shopping, right? So, I used my new TH Sizzix tag dies, created the tag. Using the distressing ink pad to create the background with this super cool 6x6 template (birds of the feather).

CCM St Patty's Day fun

Hi hi, how are you? And happy Friday! Hope you had a great week. Sorry I have been so quiet, hubby and I was on vacation and finally return home, it was wonderful! I missed my craft table very much. Since St Patty's Day is just right around the corner, I want to make something with the Chi Chi Memories Saints Patty stamp set.

Well, I used the new toy (Cricut Expression) to cut out a popcorn holder, woooohooo... I have a small Cricut before, but I'm super excited to cut bigger things... Bigger popcorn holder, hehe! More popcorns!!! My favorite kettlecorn... yumm... (P.S. I ate all my popcorn before I finished this post, hehe!)

And here is a simple notecard. We need some gold, right? I used a gold washi paper tape and silver cardstock.
