Relaxing weekend and time for some WASHI tape action!

Good Morning!  How are you?  I hope you are enjoying your weekend, as for me...  Since all of guests returned home, it's finally time for me to relax and play with my new goodies that I got yesterday from CKC Scrapbook Convention and my LSS.   

As you know...  I LOVE my Japanese washi paper tape!   They are so so pretty, they come in so many different colors, patterns, designs, and sizes.   I just love then and want to collect them all!   I got this gorgeous London theme stamp from Penny Black.  I created the background with the super cute black polka dot washi paper tape and I colored the image with Tim Holtz distress markers in spun sugar and worn lipstick.

And here is a picture of us waiting in line at CKC, ready to shop until we drop!

What a FUN week!

Hello blogger friends, sorry that I have been so quiet... but I was super super busy having fun!!!  First my god-sister arrived, then my dear friend Alice arrived 2 days later.  We were out and about everyday, we went sight-seeing in Boston, Portsmouth, and of course the local scrapbooking stores!  Not to mention we ate lots of yummy meals, snacks, especially dessert (my god-sister and I are big time foodies, haha!)  

I just love this cutie pie from the Greeting Farm, she is called Glimmer Bean.   I created the background with my new favorite Dylusions ink sprays and I added twine, washi paper tape, and lots of glitter!

We first got our shopping fix at Ink About It, Westford, MA.  Linda (owner), she is super sweet!

Then, Absolutely Everything, Topsfield, MA...

Sightseeing in Boston....

Got to have some good Dim Sum at Chinatown...

It's not Boston without lobster, right?  We went to eat at the Union Oyster House, Boston, MA and saw this HUGE lobster weighs over 10 lb.

Portsmouth, NH...  I love this town, totally New England!

And we ended the busy week with the CKC Scrapbook Convention...  more on that later!

Happy Saturday, hope you had a great day! I have to work, but I decided to relax a bit after returning home... here is a simple card that I made with one of the new Milk Coffee Stamps. This is Lisbeth loves Sunflower, isn't she too cute? I used this super cute paper called So Cute from Prima!!! Loveeeee.... And the froggie!!! I love his eyes, hehe!!!

TGIF! How's going? I have a couple of projects to share today...

First up, I just love this gorgeous breezy leaves from Penny Black. I inked up the stamp with distress ink pad in peeled paint, then embossed. I used the friend script background stamps from Hero Arts, then the dragonfly die from Memory Box.

Ok, the second one... totally out of my comfort zone. But as you know, I'm madly insane about the new Dylusions ink spray and those super cool stamps. I just can't keep my eyes off them. So so cool!

Hello hello, I'm totally in the mood of being challenged! Plus, it was raining here and there these couple day. I guess it's April, april shower.... hehe! Here is card that I created last night for the Greeting Farm Rain or Shine, we're join' Retro-Fresh Challenge. I used one of my very first Miss Anya stamp set. I just love this set. I used the gorgeous dp from Authentique Delightful collection, I love the soft colors.

Hello hello and are you up for some pretty flowers today? I received some happy mail today... My new Paper Smooches stamp set arrived... Woohoo, so excited! I can't help it to ink them up. I absolutely love the look of orchids, so I decided to use the beautiful flower from Get Outta Town set to create a line of flowers. The sentiment is from Word Salad set. Hope you like it!

Hello and happy Wednesday! I hope you are up for cake? Hehe!!! Check out this adorable digi from Milk Coffee Stamps, she is called Charlotte and Strawberry. Aren't the cake and the strawberries look so yummy. I also entered this card for the Milk Coffee Stamp Challenge #2. the theme is time for throw on those flowers... I used this beautiful paper from Basic Grey Konnichiwa and I added a flower button from Epiphany. Hope you like it.
