Me drawing?!

TGIF everyone, hope you are ready for the weekend.  As I mentioned yesterday that I'm taking the online class called Color Love 101 from Joanne Sharpe.   Totally out of my control zone, me drawing???  What?  You are kidding, right?  Totally against everyone rule I have, haha!  But, I'm having so much fun!  And I'm loving every minute of it.

Just wonderful...


Good morning my friends....  How are you?  Hope you are having a wonderful day, just want to send a wonderful hello to you!   How about a very simple card.  I just love the new Penny Black Social Butterfly clear set, so so pretty and all the details on them, super cool!!

Softpencil Tuesdays


Hello and happy Tuesday.... Yep, you know it, it's time for some Softpencil's love.  I used Amy with flowers, isn't she super cute?   She is from the spring collection and it's available at the Softpencil shop. Be happy!


Happy Monday and how are you today?  It's raining here, the sky is really dark...  But not in blog land, haha!   I have a card using the Milk Coffee Stamp for you today, and they are having both color and weekly challenge.  So, I decided to play along...  I used the colors from the color challenge and for the weekly challenge's theme (summer).  I used a 'sun-ray' background stamp as an inspiration.

Rx Configuration Box!


Hello and happy Sunday!  I had a fabulous day with my crafty friends yesterday, we went shopping at our LSS and lunch at a local restaurant which has amazing roast beef sandwich and lobster roll.  Yumm!   I have been wanting to make a configuration box with the pharmacy theme.   Yes, I'm a pharmacist.  So, here is it.  Lots of bottles and some fun stuff.  I used varies goodies from Tm Holtz, Graphic 45 and 7 Gypsies.  And many of the rubs-on and stickers are from them as well.  Here are a few close-up:



Got to love the mini clipboard and those pharmacy labels, love it!


Well, time is always going by.... got to have a clock!  And of course, a phone, a book, and pen nib!


More bottle and a super cool car....  I thought the light bulbs are super cool!

And finally, more bottles!!!  I filled them with mini tear drops, fun flock, and glass beads.   Hope you like it!

Happy Belated Birthday to my dear friend!


Hello hello, I hope you are ready for the weekend!  I'm super excited for tomorrow, I'll be hanging out with my crafty friends, we are going to the LSS for some shopping and lunch.   Can't wait!  And I made this card for my good friend, her birthday was earlier this week.  And she loves blue and anything with the sewing theme, so... with her in mind, I decided to use the Tim Holtz dress form die and of course, I have to use some tissue tape, right?  Hehe!

Bracelet anyone?


Happy Thursday.... No cards today, but I have a super cool bracelet for you.  I was super excited about this super cool firecracker twine from Timeless Twine, it comes in these beautiful colors (aqua, red, and white), so pretty!  Just perfect for the summer or even 4th of July....  And I added all the adorable heart charms.

Twine necklace, etc!

Howdy.... how's going?  Over at the Timeless Twine blog, they are running an Anything but a card challenge, and I wanted to play along.   You can check out all the details here.  So, I put on my thinking cap and trying to figure out what to make.... then, I remembered the super cool necklace that I made during the amazing Tim Holtz's class.  Viola, I made a smaller version of it using 'twine' beads.


Here is a close up of my 'twine' beads, you know me...  I love my pinks and browns.  


And here is my final products, I added a few charms.  Totally FUN!!!

Loving the new distressing ink pads...

Hello my friends and happy weekend to you!   I received happy mail yesterday... and yes, I got the new Tim Holtz ink distressing ink pads and refills.  Check out theses colors, they are stunning!



Here is a simple card using this Hero Arts background stamps, I used all 3 colors.


Here is another one, using one of the technique that I learned from Tim Holtz's class back in May at my LSS using Tim Holtz' tissue tape.  I only used the picked raspberry and salty ocean.  The sentiment is from Hero Arts.

A tough challenge.


Hello hello and I hope you had a great weekend!  I decided to play along the Greeting Farm Farm Fresh Challenge and boy... it's sure a challenge!  We have to dig deep into my stash and incorporate one of my oldest item.  So, I remembered I got these huge flowers.... I cut the flowers in half and used it as a background.   And, I even use one of my older TGF Anya stamps too.

Happy Friday, how are you?  I hope you are ready for the weekend?   As for me, I have to work, but no worries there...  Have to work to earn some $$, so that I can buy some more goodies, right? !  Just a simple card today.  I just love this stamp from Stampotique which I picked up at my LSS a while back.  So simple, but super super cute!  And for the background, I used the letterpress technique with the Tim Holtz subway embossing folder.
