Just 2 more days until 2009! This year certainly flew by fast... Valentine Day, St. Patrick Day, April Fool Day (also my wedding day!), Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas... WOW! I guess time flies when you are having fun... Well, enjoy everyday!

A cool chair...

My hubby and I were watching an episode of "I want that!" on TV last night. I love that show... It was showing an awesome green chair (similar to a rocking chair, but instead it slides back and forth). Super cool. I want that! and it cost lots of $$$$. Then, my light bulb turns on, my mft stamp set... Here it is, my own green chair. Plus, a few pieces of chocolates! MMMMMMM...

It's a flower kinda of day... But can't forget the glitter. Looking around for a stamp to use.... This cute piggy from Pink Poison (soon to be The Greeting Farm) is just PERFECT! Plus, I am in the PINK and PURPLE mood lately. Happy Pink and Purple Day! HAHA!!! :-)

Saturday already... I made this card the SCS Friday challenge, LSC200 No more holiday cards. No more holiday sentiments, snowflakes, red and green... I figured to make something sweet! So here it is... purple, pink, & yellow. A glass of goodies with ZERO calories.

Christmas has come and gone. Everyone had a wonderful time, a great meal and a few hours of fun (playing wii music, bowling, wii fit the hula hoop challenge, and rockband). It comes to time to relax, sit back and watch some TV, at least something...

I love using this stamp from Amuse "Relax...it's your day." I just want to put it everywhere. Hehe. And why not add some popcorn too.

It's Christmas Eve... WoW, the year is almost over. Just a few more days, what happened to 2008? Anyways, need to finish a few Xmas card. This one is for my parents-in-law, as I was coloring Elf Anya, I figured to ask my husband for some input... Hey honey, what color should I color her hair? He said "Green and Purple!". I just looked at him funny with my jaw dropped. LOL. And I did, G82 Dim Spring Green hair (with BV01 viola highlights). I think she turned out quite well.

ATCs Monday?!

Happy Monday! I got really bored with the calendars last night, so I decided to take a break... I was playing Guitar Hero! That game is so addicting. It's so much fun! But after a while, all I can see were green, red, yellow, and blue dots. LOL! My eyes are burning, but I kept telling myself, just one more song. The next thing I knew I was JAMMing for over an hour. HAHA... I finally stop. Then I made some simple ATCs with some of my Amuse stamps.

Oh well, back to the calendar... I am almost done. Woohooo....

Snow, snow, and more snow!

What's a big day! It's Football Sunday (for my hubby)! It is the first day of winter. It's sure Winter... Snow, snow and more snow! There is so much snow out there, I was thinking I should build a HUGE snowman. Naaaa... Stay in my PJ, drink some hot cocoa, and craft all day sounds like a better idea. :-)

Here is my cute football player Ian, since I live in New England, Ian is certainly a NE Patriots! GO PATS!! You're DaBomb!!!

This is my entry for the AMuse weekly challenge "it's cold outside". I figured to use my Penguin Pals. I love them, they are just too funny. I stamped the tree from the clear Tree 2 set and colored the leaves with green spica pens. I also chalked the background. Oops... I forgot the snow... I should of add some frosted lace sparkles.

Crazy making calendars!

Yippie, I received my Unity December KOM yesterday.... I am so excited! I'm so behind, I have to make a bunch of 2009 calendars for all of family and friends, but I have to squeeze this one in... Whatever! Off to make a million calendars!!!

I ordered and downloaded this calendar (it also comes with a perpetual calendar) from Amuse Artstamps for $4 and the proceed goes to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. A pretty calendar goes to a good cause :-) why not? Especially for a "lazy" me, I just downloaded and printed.

Sweet... it's Friday!

It's Friday.... YEAH!!! It's also Unity Hip Hop Hangover Friday! I only made it to one challenge. The Christmas Pie Color Challenge. I love all pies... but I also love berries. I chose pink and purple. Cherry or blueberry pie. Yummmmm! I decided to give my copic markers a day off, so I used my colored pencils instead. Too bad, it's hard to see... I also use the blender pens and added some bling with the spica pens.

Have a wonderful HHH day! We are suppose to get 6-12" of snow today/tonight, another snow storm on sunday too! Oh well, we'll see.

My Dream, My World.

Space Ian off to a space mission... to where? only Ian would know... It's his world, and his dream. :) He is too adorable. Of course, I colored him with my FAV markers. I also added the rocket stamp from AMuse artstamps, and the sentiment My World, my dream is from Creative cafe clear stamps. TFL.



Today is Unity Hip Hop Thursday, off to Hip Hop and hopefully I can do some challenges.

OMGosh, Christmas is in 8 days.... I was reading the January issue of Real Simple Magazine, in one of the page (9 lists you can never quite recall)...

So, what are the names of Santa's 8 reindeers? Since they are on the card below. LOL. See the end of today blog for answer.

I made the above card for the AMuse Stamp of the week challenge, I used a few of my FAV stamps... santa's silhouette, merry kissmas, kissing couple, and diner. I airbrushed the white cs with copic markers to create the sky... add a little bit of this and that... hope you like it.

My SCS Wednesday card sketch challenge, I used the Nurse Anya. "Totally love Pink Poison Anya and Ian"... The sentiment is from Amuse Best Medicine. I colored her hair with Copics E39 leather & E44 clay, her outfit in flesh R02 & E39 garnet, shoes in E49 dark bark, and of course her skin color in E00 skin white. And I added the gold detail with my gold gelly roll pen.

Santa's reindeers are:

Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donder, and Blitzen.

Happy Tuesday! A Simply Day, everything is back to normal... Wake up, go to work, come home (very tired...), had dinner and the normal kinda of thing, you know! Catch up with Hero and of course, make a simple card!

Home Sweet Home!

What's a LONG weekend! We were out of power for over four days... It was tough! No electric, heat, hot water, you name it... The whole neighborhood looked like a ghost town... Broken tree branches were all over the road. And once the night comes... everywhere was pinch black, maybe occasionally a car were drove by... This morning we saw a few electric company trucks.... Hurray, we got power back today. It was such a wonderful feeling, and I am very thankful. Everything is back to normal once again. I came to realized that how lucky I am! Seriously, what will all of us do without electricity?

Brrrr... ice storm

We got hit with freezing rain all night thursday, it turned into an ice storm. Brrr... I have no power since then... Everything has to stop... Yeah! the branches look so pretty, but they were so frigid, most of them broke into pieces, all over the street, power lines down... no electricity, heat, or hot water. And of course, no crafting... I am soooo cold, not to mention my brain is frozen! It is just amazing we are so lost without technology. We are so spoiled and lucky to have all these wonderful things... I am hoping that we will get electricity back tomorrow or tonight...

Day 12.... Love is in the Air

I can't believe that I made 12 Pink Poison cards in 12 days, so fun!! I will so it again in a heartbeat... but not Christmas (I think I am out Christmas out! LOL.)

Happy Thursday! The week is almost over. Hurray! This card is for all the teachers out there... Salute! As I was Christmas shopping, I saw one of my high school teacher walking into a store far away... Unfortunately I couldn't say hello, so I dedicated today Anya's challenge to all teachers.

My favorite quarterback... Ian!!!

I love this handsome and sweet quarterback, he is my hero for the Day10 Christmas Challenge... Living in New England, Tom Brady sure is our handsome football star... Since he is injured, Ian will have to replace him. I bet Santa will bring him something GOOD!!! =)

Pens?!

Need a pen?! I know... Just want to share my pretty pens with tiny glass marble. I know many crafters use the Pentel R.S.V.P. pens, but I only have a box of cheap Bic pen at the house... LOL! Surprise, a good old BIC pen with the pretty made over.... Bic Pens are cool once again! :-)

I got the new Ian, he is so cute... Anya is so lucky that she has such a handsome bf! Hehe... I can't wait to use Ian! But I have to use this panda friends set, 'cause I LOVE PANDA! :-D Wow, can't believe it is already Day 9 of the challenge... only 3 more cards to go! And of course, I will save the BEST for last! I am not telling, it's a surprise! You just have to wait...

What a weekend! Wayyyy too short... Well, I got all my Christmas card done. Oh yeah!!!! Just need to send them out now.

Anyways, here is my Day 8 card for Pink Poison Challenge... I figured to use the whole postage theme... I loveeee it... Elf Anya as a postage stamp, OMGosh! I airbrushed the white cs with copic E49 dark bark, a "postage-ish" paper from DCWV fall mini stack3 (from a long time ago, okay maybe last year or 2006, I don't remember...), a very lonely red ribbon left over from some other project :-( , "air mail" stamp from CTMH air mail stamp set, the gift is from the Basic Grey Wassail cs, and finally finished with coloring & stickles. TFL.

OMGosh! It's already the 7th... Christmas is coming... I haven't finished my xmas card, nor started xmas shopping!

Less talking... more working!!! Off to crafting... Here is my Day 7 Pink Poison Christmas card, a triple dose of these cute bunnies! I colored and add some glitter with my spica pens. And I used stickles again for my flower. (I think I am addicted to stickles! LOL.) Well, Happy Sunday and have a great weekend.

Happy Saturday!!! I love the weekend... especially when I don't have to work. LOL! It's time to relax, at least try to... I can't believe that it is already Day 6 of the Pink Poison 12 days of 12 cards challenge. Time goes by so fast when we are having fun. I love this card... I love the color, and I used all my favorite things...

First, I airbrushed the white cs with copic markers B23 phthalo blue (airbrushing with copic markers is so addictive... don't try it! :-) but it's soooo cool), inked the edge of the card, used the cuttlebug embossing folder heart blocks for background, cut out these cool large pinking circles with nestabilities, colored the pretty Princess Anya with copic markers of course, then I added more sugar, spice, and everything nice... I meant ribbon, stickles, and "merry christmas".

Day 5 of Pink Poison challenge!

What a great day!

Today is my day off! It's such a great day, but it's just too shorted. Sometimes I wish that I don't have to work... ~Dreaming away... maybe a money tree, no leaves... but hundred dollar bills instead.... WOW! It would be so cool if it is true. LOL~

Back to the real world... not so bad. I brought myself a new pair of Dansko for work. Chat on the phone for hours, lunch with my good friends, relax, shopped at LSS, and of course craft all day! (with my "Life is Good" T-shirt!)

Day 4 of the Pink Poison 12 cards in 12 days challenge. I made a little adjustment with Nurse Anya. She is no longer a nurse. :-D I think she looks like a flight attendant... However, she looks good either way. I used paper from Basic Grey Wassail.

Another day...

Day 3 for the Pink Poison Challenge... Princess Anya in red! With a little bit of Christmas spirit! I love it, love it and love it... Not just Anya, the Cuttlebug embossing folders are cool! WOW... I brought a couple of them a few months ago, but of course I forgot about them... LOL! So I decided to use them today. I love the combo of red and black, then add some bling of silver, coloring with Copics and ribbon is a must! Ooh La La. Feliz Navidad!

Here is my new recipe box. It used to be a white metal tin from Michaels. I tied a millon ribbons on the handle, airbrushed the tin with cardinal R59 Copic Marker, glued on some pretty cardstock, added some ribbons & flowers, and my NEW thing.... Tim Holtz idea-ology mask, see side picture...

Day 3...

Where is my treasure? Just follow my little gold "bling"... You might get something BIG! :-)

I used my Best Mate set from Pink Poison, Amuse Tiny Gift, and some great Christmas paper from Basic Grey Wassail.

It has been a long few days... and it's not even Wednesday yet! LOL. It must be the turkey or the long weekend :-P. I am so tired, but I just got a few set of new stamps from Pink Poison, Pink Cat Studio, and Amuse. My hands are itching to use them all... My eyes are closing, but have to make one more card!

zzzzzz.... Stamp set is from Pink Cat Studio "Tweet Stamps" and saying is from Hero Arts. A simple card made with all my scrap paper. Just a few Copic Markers, ribbons and some bling. Perfect!

Day 2...

So, Day 2.... 2 cards down, a bunch more to go! I am so excited... Pink Poison (The Greeting Farm soon), they have a 12 cards challenge is 12 days, so fun! I'm in! That's give me another excuse to have all the cards done. Card 1 for the challenge, I want to stay away from the xmas colors... I go for blue for my favorite color, then add a pretty paper, a wide ribbon, and of course a few flowers. TFL! ~hugs~
